If a company is not trying to manipulate it's stock why announce something until the deal is totally done?
Just a thought, I would not make announcements every move I make as I do it, that's risky. Tells competition what's going on etc.

Whoever asked if it's real. I've toured the place, talked to a few people. It's real. Only question is do they pull it off.
