Predictions wrong?

I said it will be a 2 cents when it was at 8 cents..

My prediction is a trend and it's half way there, only 2 cents to go which will happen when the toxic debt shares start to hit.

Oil priced low is not a good thing. Maybe for environmentalists and the shut down of fracking... but Oil is cheap and people will always choose cheap over a stable planet.

New Prediction: 1 cent (which is still a 3x for you Glad)
DOE will not reverse
China Exim will go quietly into the night as did the original version to this sequel, China Huadian.

Wash, rinse repeat
