Nobody here would dispute that Anish owns 51% of all preferred shares and makes all decisions on his own, go back to filings in summer when he overnight increased A/S from 500 mils to 1 bil. THAT IS THE FACT and not my opinion. He owns this company himself and all BOD and CEO are just a front for him since his reputation, most importantly, one more criminal charge and he will finish his life in prison. imo
