Akimbo's financials are irrelevant.

There's no way a company like that could be profitable given their current scale. Akimbo is not a payment processor. So as soon as PYDS is able to start processing their customers payments, revenue will increase sharply, along with profit. As such, PYDS already announced the acquisition will be accretive to 2015 earnings.
