Yes, there is a definite difference. You could smoke hemp till you turn green and won't get a buzz. But it has been catagorized with mj as you stated in the days of "reefer madness" because of greedy industrialists. This is about to change but today it is still under the same umbrella. Everyone bickering over this issue is right in certain aspects. Everybody enjoys saying they are right but it really doesn't matter at this point in time.
