All someone has to do is take a screenshot picture of his Facebook page where he announced there a was a multi-million dollar deal announcement for Decemeber 24th and send it to the SEC. If that happens PLKD will be suspended indefinitely for putting out this false statement.

For those who don't know, Rico was already arrested over this previous summer for writing a bad check. Maybe this time he will be arrested again for not checking his bad writing.
