Well, it's in cash right now. So I hope it is. But I don't know what the fine print says.

A have read that at least one fx broker has had to shut down ops. due to a lack of capital to cover. FXCM is still open this morning. So think maybe the (to big to fail) will come into play.

FXCM crashing hard pre market this morning.
