IMO:

This seems to be about as legit as one could hope for.

In spite of what is inferred about bad science, poor leadership, "toxic" financing, etc. this is not their (plural) first rodeo.

I'm confident the AMBS leadership is a full 5K ahead of any of us in regard to foreseeing pending obstacles and having a plan to successfully overcome them.
