You just have to wonder...

I was looking at the original CTTC/Marineo contract -- the one that Conrad (aka "Bullteat") is now operating under:

who ya gonna call

It very clearly specifies that ONLY GEOMC may repair or do ANY kind of servicing on calmares:

"2. All internal servicing of the Model MC'-5A and future Calmare devices will be performed exclusively by the manufacturer.

3. All devices requiring warranty service will be returned to the manufacturer as described in the Warranty document.

4. In all cases the sender pays for shipment of the device to the manufacturer requiring repairs."

So what happens now if a calmare breaks? Since GEOMC is currently SUING CTTC for non-payment, I presume WON'T provide repairs or other servicing anytime in the near future.

Moreover, GEOMC claims that ALL of the calmares currently in use NEED to be checked and updated! Has CTTC revealed this allegation to its past customers? To potential customers? Just the kinda thing that could lead to even MORE lawsuits.
