It's called inheriting a dirty shell, cleaning it up one step at a time and then building a solid business built on integrity, ethics and hard to get proper financing using the skills and knowledge of a hard working management, some of whom are willing to not take a salary until revenues come in.

It does not happen over night or based on hype. Building a proper business that will achieve sustainable long-term income takes one hard working day after another of sacrifice and sweat to build equity into NSAV without focusing on managing the pps on a daily basis. It takes patience.
