There's a saying: "the simplest explanation is usually true". Perhaps Celprogen won't give Manzo the report until they get paid. Manzo's never said they're assisting financially and they are a business, after all.

Maybe the results aren't good and it's all over!

As far as Tummy Relief is concerned, if there's no news it's because there's nothing new.
