but how many B's of shares have traded since that time [12/31/05]????

note: keep in mind that winick was telling individuals for months that share structure had not changed since the previous filing [which are the numbers you posted]...AND that in the "clarification" PR of jan 9 they stated "...The company has exactly the same capital structure under the new name as it did under the old name..."

2 questions: does the above make you feel more or less confident in truth of company statements?

given the above apparent misleading share "info" do you believe that winick verbally and in a PR stating "...not planning to do any reverse stock splits..." could also be a "ruse"?
