unfortunately,,,THE MARKET doesn't agree with-those-INCC-"FACTS"

DOWN 85%……no recovery at all……

the PPS is NOT holding any gains, and the PR's are getting more VAGUE and REACHING….

if one has been around PENNYS for a year ,,,,this is late stage panic…when the PR's DO NOTHING to move the stock price………SEE IT???? thought so

….about to CHANGE the BIZ plan to accommodate another storyline for INCC
