just look at what the company PR'd that they would do,,,, aND LOOK AT WHAT THEY'VE done

don't take the biased opinion take on things,,, USE the company's words to decide

should've……we plan to…..approximately,,,hope to sign LOI's….blah blah balh….

and the INCC supporters argument is…… TA DA……cant hold INCC to its WORD,….next week its happening….SINCE November
