Technically the company these oversees companies bought from will be stationed on the east coast, 3,000 miles away. The cost of shipping goods overseas is factored into the price which those European companies are willing to pay because they don't have enough of the viable product to work with in order to meet their mandated needs to reduce green house gas emissions
