Notice that most of his restricted shares have a maturity date of December 2015, which means he can not sell shares till then. So why do you feel he is pumping and dumping when it's clearly not in his best interest to do so. As he gets compensated by selling his restricted shares at the maturity date. So he would want those prices as high as possible
