to do a private placement with this one where they wanted me to send money to this OTHER guy whos involved with this. They wanted me to send money and then id receive a stock cert that would be 6 months at least restricted from being able to sell. I found out that all the other guys involved ALREADY sent money for the PP months before, where they could sell out WAY before id be able to sell in theory. The guy on the phone kept pointing out that since the certs were supposed to be at like 1.00 or something like that, that I couldn't lose. Yea right!(sarcastically said). He kept saying,"look at the bid now! Its at $4.10." etc. I laughed. ummmm the stocks NOT trading which is why the bid and ask totally mean nothing right now. Just be careful here guys. The people involved here are ONLY IMO interested in selling stock once this thing ever starts trading! BTW, they didn't even TELL me that for OTCs, most brokerages don't even let you deposit the certs into your account. You have to pay over $1000 for a special broker to accept it. What a joke.
