But of course you are correct. Claiming to be a bigshot PR company with pull with the banking community while running out of a dwelling house raises questions of legitimacy.

But I once followed a fellow running a fake woman's haute clothing concern out of a house on the everglades did quite well selling shares. For a while.

The public is apt to buy off on most anything. Just a good sounding story is all that is needed.
