Before any RS they need to "PROVE" something a/o get FDA approval.
There not quite there yet but making progress.

Reverse Splits only work for investors when there's sales or earnings in the bank or perceived to be coming shortly. CTSO did it with sales and orders. We've got Darpa but nothing else.

Now's not the time. It won't work. Seen it multiple times backfire and only a couple of times serve investors well.

Later for that! Instead, work on the product goals and demonstrate progress.
