Well...Spock would say..."Captain...if you want to be sneaky about gathering a zillion shares [cheap] without bringing attention to what you are doing, it would be logical to buy smaller quantities on a large scale." If you grab a few hundred million at one whack, it would [possibly] create a rush to buy forcing the PPS up. Just a thought...I may be wrong but it is crazy that fifty different people would want exactly 500,000 shares just seconds apart...look at the time chart...
