My opinion

Ex Ethiconer of almost 9 years. Just was displaced from company in December. My opinion is JNJ or Covidien will be bidding like a mo fo to buy out or they will partner up. Now I have never seen JNJ partner on an external med device company and since revenues/profits have been slipping since Obamacare was announced 2+ years ago, they need a profit maker for med device. JNJ Med Device through Q3 was down 5% I believe. This could be the perfect opportunity to come in and snatch it up. And I actually believe Covidien was up through Q3 in MDD. Perfect opportunity too to get back tons of stapling business and energy lost in past 10 years.
