Hypothetical Q: What if some totally separate entity stepped in and paid off the any remaining balance supposedly owed without using any of the sweep funds coming from FNMA & FMMC. Wouldn't it be safe to assume that they would have to acknowledge the debt paid outside of the sweep funds and release their suffocation hold on FNMA and FMMC?
