How about 14 emails to DK in 5 days ?

I think you should have gotten the hint by now that you are asking a question he can't answer.

The guy is a professional and should at least garner some respect. He has a job to do. In as much as he is there to provide shareholders with information, he is duty bound to protect the company. How easily do you think a hypercritical investor could take something out of context that he shared and have the company end up in a lawsuit. The threat of it is real. The prohibition of it by law, is real.

I am 100% in support of holding these guys accountable and by no means am saying that you should not send him 14 emails in 5 days. My suggestion, respectfully, is ask a different question or reformulate the questions you believe he has a responsibility to answer.

The damage he could do by doing something outside of his guidelines is far greater than the damage he potentially does by keeping tight control over the information we, at times, believe he should share.

That's just the way I look at it. I have confidence that we will find out information that we seek. It may be to our chagrin, but I believe management will release information on a timeline in which they see best fit.
