AFL, the subsidiary of AZFL owns Title for a property denominated Fazenda Jatuarana and 5 other smaller properties. These properties contains some 46,555 hectares or 114,990 acres of rainforest land located in the State of Amazonas in Brazil. Along with these properties, AFL also holds title for two fully approved forest management projects and their associated permits and licenses in preparation for expansion into Timber Production. Through these
licenses AFL is authorized to harvest approximately 14,000 cubic meters of timber.
