NO R/S? Here's a good question: WHY would those other companies take PRE-R/S shares? That just doesn't seem to make sense. So, your line of thinking might be very correct and NO R/S.

WE could be seeing a huge merger/reverse merger in that case. And then it is really time for BLAST-OFF!
