"Still don't see the significance of the PR though" It was certainly a snub to SG who demanded BK today. But otherwise no news, or perhaps even good news to those who expected immediate BK.

Yep, purely a lotto which explains why smart money isn't touching this penny play. I've been saying that for months. BTW, most of those old institutional holders were just index funds.
