Chemical engineer here, the CEO is not lying

i specialize in petrochemical engineering. in fact in one of the big oil refineries in long beach.

bio fuels are coming up big and is starting to raise some eyebrows for people in the know. this is one of the reasons i have been looking into biofuel stocks.

This statement:

"Unlike typical plasma reactors that utilize convection of the intense heat produced by the plasma, our GAT reactor can amazingly produce enough Syngas (H2, CO) to feed a 10,000 barrel per day synthetic diesel plant and 100 Megawatt steam turbine with a mere 4 MW input."

is not a lie. ill keep this short by saying that he is NOT claiming that he can make 4 MW into 100 MW. That's blatantly obvious even to the non scientific person that it is utterly impossible. You left out the important part that preceded the above statement:

"The W2 Energy GAT reactor breaks down biomass or coal using the chemical energy stored in the biomass itself, the plasma acts as a high temperature catalyst."

In other words, 4 MW starts the reaction which will ultimately lead to 100 MW. Think of it this way. You strike a match and set a forest on fire. How much energy did it take to spark the match? Ultimately...how much energy was released by the raging forest fire?! This is the principle behind the statement.

Glad to see you know about the Law of Conservation of Energy, but it is not violated here. Energy is stored in the Mass of the Biop Fuels and it is simply triggered by 4 MW. Energy = Mass x (Speed of Light)^2... E = MC^2, remember?
