they can't provide name coz they used to claim they have a share in that company and the company denied that and threatened to sue them so instead they are claiming now they are providing consultaion services and i suspect that two.
you can contact them and see what they have to say.
by the way stretch fowler and micheal hu are runing that company if you remember them from past GSPI PRs
