Great post. Jim is going to do what's best for Solar3D. We don't know for sure yet that our future here includes an R/S. We do know it's a definite possibility and that he now has the option in play. It makes sense to me that he's planning to try to get the PPS up organically and simply set up the R/S as a backup plan in case we can't get there in the time-frame he has in mind. My vote is for a media blitz and for manufacturing and cell partner news while we're sill in the OTCQB gutter and to climb up out of the chaos without the helping hand of an R/S. In the end though, I trust Jim's judgement. Full steam ahead! Here we come NASDAQ!
