No problem my friend.

Now I'm not completely sure on the convertible status of that note, meaning, I'm not sure if he has to wait until the note has matured or not to convert the stock.

For all we know all the Convertible Debt has already been converted (best case)... But you are right, we will find out in the next couple of weeks what the deal is with this note.

Also, They should be filing their year end somewhat soon? That will also show us what's really going on.
