Watching L2 today this is what I got out of it...
Considering there were over a quarter of a billion shares traded today, and VNDM was initially the seller, I do not think it was dilution per say. Especially considering there was over 100 million shares on bid @ .0003 and that never got dumped into. You had to have steel ones to watch today and not sell.
I think Frank wanted it at these levels to ensue accumulation, most likely via 3rd party.
I personally do not think 3's will be hit hard & think we are on the way up in just a matter of time.
If one looks at the times and sales, you will notice most all these trades happened within 15 minutes of each other give or take with nearly all smacks to VNDM. IMO, this was surely not all retail support. IMO the company is accumulating shares under less than 1/2 par value, (which is honestly kind of smart) to retire or buy back.
A reduction of shares in that regard will reflect positively on the pps once complete. From open until about 11:30, what a dump. However I believe that was done to ensue accumulation @ .0004. Considering the way this has been trading, I find it hard to believe skeptical retail investors purchased over 100 million shares, on no news, while just witnessing the .0004 ask being wiped out prior to 11:30 EST, and noticing VNDM's seemed to have unlimited shares. However there were smacks all the way to ringing of the bell.
After 11:30 EST, nearly all consistent smacks to VNDM. 14:54 76 Mil smack Moved VNDM, 5's were hit, then bid support at .0004 was taken out to bring VNDM back on the ask @ 4.
If that is the case, I'm not sure how many more shares VNDM has left, but I think the company is trying to take them off his hands & once he's gone, time to move up.
I Hope I am close to being right as it was not a pretty sight today, I think Frank does have an ace up his sleeve and will show it pretty soon. I'm not the happiest camper at the moment, but I'm in until the boat sinks or the rocket takes off. I do have a nice pitchfork though. ;)
After watching, I grabbed some from VNDM , and fairly confident in my logic, I plan on getting some tomorrow, hoping it is just the smart thing to do. I am still trading off the companies proclamations, and not their speculations. Too much is said to have been done, that we have not witnessed yet.
In hindsight, I could be wrong, the 100+ mil on the ask @ 3 could be a prop to milk as much buys off the 4's as possible before the routine pink sheet no bid -vs- .0001 , R/S, repeat.
At this juncture, everyone should just be careful & trade according to your thoughts on the issue.
