1-Is it against the law to have suites and apartments in the same building? Apartments as living space and suites as buisnesses?

2-Is it against the law for the building owner to use the same number if the building has both apartments and buisness suites?

3-Kumar is the CEO of the company and Jones is (or was) an employee and last time I checked Jones was hired not Kumar

4-Is it against the law if Kumar wanted his personal mail delivered to the office and is marking buisness mail as Suite and his personal mail as Apartment so it is kept seperate by the receptionist or his secretary?

I can list many more "what if's"

In conclusion this is a moot point as Jones was named the CEO not Kumar
