My understanding too was the $4 bid not the close to reduce manipulation. Far as I know the clock is still ticking on the 90 days but I don't believe this will be the pathway to uplisting. I am guessing its going to be the upfront cash from partnering Brilacidin ABSSSI that will provide the equity needed to uplist the deal will also bring stability after uplisting.
