sunspotter, you know what leonardo66 meant, namely that the stock will fly on good news as it has in the past. They can't give news if there isn't anything concrete to give. When there is news then there will be a press release.

For anyone to call the management "super slippery crooks" may be an opinion, but its just an opinion with nothing to back it up. To state it as a fact is disengenuous.

If there is no news release in many months then it is hardly a pump, as a pump requires a series of false or highly optimistic press releases to drive up the price. For there to be a dump, there has to be selling by insiders after the pump, which there isn't. As I see it there is no pump and dump.
