Let's give the gentleman a chance to get his feet wet and wrap his hands around the company, what projects are in play, meet with the other members of the board etc.
I am sure in the not too distance future he will send out an introductary letter to shareholders on his plans, updates etc.
There is no one that I know who starts a new job is ready to lay down his plan in two days.
Let's give him at least a week or two before the guy is thrown under the bus
