I suspect that there are many reasons why the stock value doesn't remain favorable to these announced deals. The number one reason is probably that there is no public paperwork to research the facts of these deals. There probably is some level of dilution into the run and of course there is profit taking w/o enough demand to hold the rise.

Notice I have not mentioned that NSS stuff because even if it is real it is not the reason why every freaking stock doesn't advance and hold gains...

P.S. Even if this company is non-reporting they can still choose to submit an 8-k with the details of the Lynch deal...
