Guys I got my e-mail at 3:30 pm today, if anyone gets a different number from the TA please post, there was dilution today IMHO 10 ++ million shares at least...

As of now TA say no change:

O/S = 223,027,623

As of this email, our records indicate 223,027,623 common issued and outstanding shares.
