Hey ceesco!! Wait a minute!! What about these inconvenient facts you seem to gloss over when you do your cut and paste drive bys?

1. Would the SEC allow CDEX to "reoganize" LOCH under their noses, register them and allow them to trade?

2. Is BAXA a scam too? Why did they partner with CDEX?

3. Jim Griffin was part of your loch scam too?

4. How about all of the hospitals buying ValiMed units, are they part of your loch scam?

5. If this is all a bogus loch scam why does ASD feel threatened and damaged by filing a lawsuite(suit for coquille)?

6. Hogan and Hartson is/are the patent attorneys. Home of chief justice of the supreme court John Roberts, they are part of the loch scam too? Can you please illuminate the part they played/are playing in the scam?
