I have personally spoken to William at least a half a dozen times in the last 3.5 years. He has always called or emailed me back, and most people I have spoke to have told me the same. I dont buy the him not being communicative. I did the research myself a few years ago, and they certainly paid, and created the Chilean company and owned the assets. The fact that Chile couldnt make a decision on any of their reserves, I feel is the reason he has moved it in this direction. He is smart, he knows how to raise money, and he speaks to committed shareholders in a fairly frequent basis. I think he was burned by past people who had been involved and he has done all he can to move it forward he has been quite frank about this. Its my feeling in speaking to him that he is in this company fairly deep from his own pockets and wants to make a positive impact. If he didnt he probably would have resigned by now and moved on. its the only thing i can think of. Its my bet that this time around, this thing does well, and I am buying as much of this as I can. He has certainly learned at this point how to run a deal properly. A lot of people made a lot of money by him, dont think for a second that they didnt. ONly losers are sitting here writing negative, the winners move on to other deals, of which this is now again.
