Will, "Optimistic" is the Key Word. Same thing as Maybe - Maybe - Maybe.

I am not a Promoter or Basher of any stocks. I am just a very small time investor in Penny Stock, but I am learning more all the time.

So why did I get involved with PAIM? Will, with my limited capabilities of doing DD (looking at past charts which showed some good stuff in the past - but going down, and some recent days of very positive trading days - and going back UP - 02/08/06 and 02/09/06 with 242 trades for 302,406,824 between .0004 and high of .001 ending at .0009, and 415 trades for 340,213,059 between between .0007 to a high of .002 ending at .0009).

Then a lot of Profit taking and going down to the .0005 - 4 - 2 - 1 range with a few ups to 2 and 3. And then nothing but .0001s for a long time. But then PAIM decided to spend money and to look into the Short Selling Problem that was going on. I felt that this was a Very Positive Move on their part to get the problem resolved with PR's released about it, and getting the stock moving again. So that is when I invested in PAIM at a very Low price before the stock would start moving again.

Plus their PR's were looking good with the new involvement with the Philippines Government for exploration, etc... . And other areas that they are involved with where look very positive if they could just get the Stock freed up from the Short Selling.

Then they came out with thier PR about the Buy Back Plan of 90% of shares. And like I already stated, I am very new to Small-Cap / Penny Stock Investments. But I have done a lot of reading and as much research as I could recently. And I do know about Reverse Splits. So after I read this Buy Back PR using debentures (read it 3 or 4 times Ha Ha), it sounded like they were going to do a Back-Door Reverse Split. And that was my feeling before reading anything here on Investors Hub.

My first thoughts were Good Grief, wait 5 Years?? They could dissolve the Corp. into a new one and everything would be gone with the change. And sure, we could try to Sue the old Corp for our money, but just try to sue a Corp. that no longer exist - Good Luck smile.

The other Great way to go is to do an immediate conversion of the Debentures into immediate stocks worth .01 and sell it. WOW just watch EVERYONE doing that and the Bid/Asking Price dropping FAST back down to .0001.

And what amount of Paper Work is PAIM going to require us to go through to do this Stock-To-Debentures Exchange. Getting Certs. from our Brokers, Mailing them to PAIM, and HOPING we get some paperwork back, and then mailing them back into PAIM to do the Debentures conversion to .01 valued Shares?

Will, by now my concerns are growing so I did a little more DD and still trying to find were PAIM has started to process any Minerals of any kind from any of their Holdings. Lots of PRs about Rights to Areas, but no PR's about "We Found It - And We Are Processing It - For Profit".

I now realize that this posting may sound like a Bashing, but I am not one of those people (you can look at any of my few postings thus far on this site). I am just getting more concerned about what is going on with PAIM.

I really want to see PAIM - GO Up (if for no other reason but for MY investment benefit smile, but after Fridays 05/05/06 Mess of Massive Numbers and starting to go with .0001 Bids and .0002 Asking in the Morning (the first time we have seen that in a long time - Bid & Asking), but only to see the MM's and Shorters taking it back down to only Asking .0001 all Afternoon, it was very disappointing.

I hate this thought, and it would be totally illegal for PAIM, but I am wondering if PAIM is involved (directly or indirectly) with the recent on goings just to get their massive numbers of O/S cleared off of the books.

I am going to stay with my PAIM investment just to see what it will take to go through the process and how they handle it. And I am hoping for the BEST for all of us "HOPING smile" for the best results.

And to finish my reply to your message, "I too hope they have found some Gold somewhere, just not in our investments".
