Best online brokers?

I have been using TDAmeritrade's ThinkorSwim for datytrading, but have become frustrated with the cross quotes, latency, lags etc. Have contacted them several times, but no improvement. It's not my connection speed, it's not my computer and OS, it's ToS. Thinking seriously about changing online brokers. Any suggestions and why do you recommend them?
