Just previewed Rocky on Ultraflix in 4k

The picture quality is less than 720 P it's really blotchy Pixely I don't know if the 4K is turned off in preview mode or what the hell is going on this is a worse quality than the original

Then if you click go back the thing gets stuck

Dont argue with speed, I have google fiber wired connection

Ultraflix is just garbage, same problems with studdering and freezing since months, no improvement
