Yeah I've to ageree on that regarding Cerespir.Maza is a brutal business man he is trying as the CEO of Intellect to make deals plain and simple.He sure is not working for Chain.If a deal can be made I rather have him making it then our prior CEO thats just me not trying to slam Chain.

Its the other way around Chain consults for Intellect.Chain also has a interest some precentage ownership in Intellect so bet all he is trying also to aid his past lifes work.Thats why I said double whammy.

Shire is the one that I now see making a deal with or for ILNS imo.Pfizer may have shot themselves in the foot after the stunt they pulled failing to pay prior milestone again imho but who knows what they will do.

I still say TY for the free 1.2 million cash settlement.One would say its not free but it could have been many many many years out and no one klnows what the outcome would have truely been they could just speculate cause a judge/jury may have done anything.

Pfizer was going to fight the patent so that was going to be one hell of a expense to Intellect not including the ligation and both are moot today!
