(OTC Pink: HNSS) (HNSS), announced it is expanding the company’s business model to seek out and enter into licensing agreements, acquisitions and investment opportunities focused on bio-medical applications and therapeutic technologies.

The Company has initiated discussions regarding specific licensing opportunities that apply nanoparticle technologies for a variety of over-the-counter therapies. Representatives are working toward completing due diligence and legal and regulatory review of the first applications.
