Looks like the Nicaragua plant will be tabled until price per barrel increases back up over $70. GKG cannot complete at this level.

MEXICO CITY / EDITORIAL / BLACK GOLD.- The price of the Mexican crude exports fell 75 regarding cents Wednesday after being offered on the international energy market 37.36 dollars per barrel, Pemex said.
