800,000,000 share coming our way in the next week, get'em while there hot.

It should be an interesting next 2 weeks. This is what I see. We are all divided, will the share price go up? Well, in the next few days i expect to see Benny come out with some really great news to balance out the 6 Billion A/S. more then likely naming the Billion dollar company. However, I don't see that company putting in any dollars since we increased the shares so they will just be advertisers but that's a good thing.

Benny stated the launch is still set for April, but then he comes out with this on Facebook.

Right now we're in a testing phase for advertising and will roll out once we have solid numbers to make it a steady profit stream. This takes time.

So, I'm not holding my breath. we saw the order forms for December from Diamond and Midtown comics so as much as I would like to support without verification, photos of the comics coming off the press is whats needed.

next is the shares OS, Benny said

We haven't hit 3 billion shares yet in outstanding. We don't expect to hit 4 billion ever. But we cannot predict the future.

So 4 Billion is a given and we are close now....

OK, here goes... so we know we have to convert the jan 11th and 25th notes. With yesterdays action at is $150,000 with 12% interest +$168,000 at a 55% discount and that's .0004 so that's a tad over 420,000,000 shares out in the next 2 weeks. So we are over 3 billion used. And then there are the other conversions Benny was talking about, My guess is there are about 350,000,000. With this news i can not imagine a financial company holding on the shares that are going down. They were able to pick up their shares through conversion in the .0007 or .0008 range and I would think they would bail to just break even. With this all said I can see an extra 800,000,000 new shares coming our way.

As a side note I think it's funny that we have gone full circle. We started out as a mining company so that's in our roots. And after looking at some of the mining companies out there now, they too have O/S of 6 Billion. We are back home brothers.
