That's one of the nice things about contracting out drilling. The management of personnel is taken care of.

AMEP will have to train a number of people for management positions on the drilling rig, and train them well enough that they don't have to look over their shoulder on every drill (i.e. micro manage the ops).

We will find out how good the management and leadership skills are at AMEP, and those skills are just as important as all the knowledge one has about drilling.

If your people aren't worth a darn, it doesn't matter how much you know about punching holes in the ground.
