Yes, the AS has been risen to 750M. THERE IS NO DILUTION!!!!!!! On the steps of huge news maybe there is a reason for an increase? Ever think of that?

If you think George is shady and using this company as an ATM like other OTC stocks then sell your shares immediately.

I don't think this because George has 52M shares, does not take a salary (besides vesting more shares) and is working to build a conglomerate in hot sectors.

What does that tell you? How many OTC penny stocks does the owner own over 27% of the shares????

Find me any of these "pot stocks" where an owner converts his salary into share and hasn't sold single share???
