I wouldn't get too worried about this tax being passed just yet. The former Lt Gov is a major landowner over/near the mine and former state senator Tony Fulton serves on the board. Both are solid conservatives and have lot's of connections to kill this bill. Nevermind that the new Governor is a solid conservative and very pro business.

If this get's out of committee, then I may get somewhat concerned, but there is still a ways to go in this legislative session before we know if that is going to happen.

Looking forward to a very profitable year with this holding.
