There will be no vote. There will be no meeting. The Proxy is a negotiating tool with the note holders. Conversions have stopped. We have almost 70 million shares available to issue going forward and that will be enough since no more dilution will occur and with 227M shares we DO NOT need a share consolidation. Might be just my reading of things but i'll stick to it unless the printing presses start up again.
